Large ATM coverage for XacBank and Golomtbank

Starting from January 10, 2009 both XacBank and Golomt bank domestic card holders can use both bank's ATMs with no commisions. That's XacBank and Golomt bank cardholder has access to 10 ATMs of XacBank plus 30 ATMs from Golomt bank without any commision they had to pay earlier when access each other's ATM.
